UAP Observed During Presidential Visit

On December 10, 2023, an unidentified aerial object was captured on camera near Air Force One at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) during President Joe Biden's visit. The object, described as spherical and either white or silver, was noticed by multiple individuals and became a topic of discussion on social media.

Joshua and Peter Solorzano, aircraft enthusiasts, were filming Air Force One when they observed the object while live-streaming on their YouTube channel, LA Flights. They documented two F-35 fighter jets enforcing a flight restriction and captured footage of an aerial refueling operation. The sphere appeared three times during their stream, with Joshua remarking on its movement and origin during the live event.

Chris Cullari, a local resident and podcast host, also observed the object around 12:30 pm, noting its stationary nature and the presence of an LAPD helicopter in the vicinity. He could not confirm whether the helicopter's activity was related to the UFO.

Robert Wood, a movie director, reported seeing a similar object in North Hollywood. He described it as a large, solid white sphere moving across the sky at a significant speed.

Comparisons have been made to 'metallic orb' UFOs previously recorded by Reaper drones in the Middle East and examined by the government's AARO (Anomaly Assessment and Resolution Office). These orb-shaped phenomena constitute a significant portion of UAPs documented by AARO.

Bellingcat, an investigative group, conducted an analysis of the AARO footage, proposing that the object might be a small mylar balloon. This hypothesis aligns with the Eid al-Adha celebrations when such balloons are commonly released.

Mick West, a notable skeptic and analyst of UFO sightings, reviewed the LA footage and suggested it was likely a balloon, citing its movement and appearance. He mentioned the difficulty in conclusively identifying such objects due to limited information (referred to as "low information zone" or LIZ).

Weather data from the day indicated wind speeds of 8-10 mph with a northern direction, which could support the balloon theory.

The incident follows heightened attention to airspace security, especially concerning unidentified balloons, following the downing of alleged Chinese spy balloons earlier in the year.

These sightings continue to prompt discussions within the UFO research community about the nature of UAPs and their implications for national security and air traffic safety.
